Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Intelligent Lighting Corp. offers every customer a 30-day money back guarantee. That’s how convinced we are that the PowerDiscTM will help save energy, money, your health and help contribute to the health of our environment. How to Return an Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and one of our return specialists will assist you. After you submit a return request, the returns department will contact you to walk you through the process of shipping the product back to us. During this process, you will receive a printable UPS return label for shipment. Our return specialists are available Mon-Fri 9 am – 5 pm PT.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Intelligent Lighting Corp. will not issue a return label if the merchandise has been broken, defaced or replaced with components other than the original. Customers must make contact with Intelligent Lighting Corp. within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for this return period, and the product must be returned intact. Intelligent Lighting Corp. reserves the right to assess a 10% restocking fee which would be deducted from your refund. Intelligent Lighting Corp. will only be able to issue a credit to the original purchaser of the product. Credits will not reflect the original shipping and handling charges, only the price paid for the products ordered.
Intelligent Lighting Corp. will email a printable UPS return label to the email address used to initiate the returns process. Spam-blocking software may interfere with the delivery of this label. If our first attempt to deliver the label is unsuccessful, you may be asked to provide a secondary email address. If the second attempt is also denied, you may be asked to ship the product to our office yourself.

Intelligent Lighting Corp. will be unable to issue a shipping label for overseas customers or customers outside the continental US. These customers are responsible for their own cost of shipment.
If the PowerDisc™ you purchased was defective, you may exchange such item for a new PowerDisc™. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case or return shipping fee.
